Returns

Contact support@ap-ai.online within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. We will give you return instructions before you send anything back.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us as soon as you can and include clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Change or cancel an order

Contact us before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to stop it. If a shipment is delayed, you can choose to cancel under the shipping policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We initiate the refund promptly after approval; your bank or payment provider controls when it appears.
